Hon'ble Arun Tandon,J.

The Secretary, Secondary Education, U.P. at Lucknow has not
produced the records pertaining to the issuance of the letter dated
16th November, 2006 wherein as many as 29 institutions were
declared to be the minority institutions, despite the orders of the Court
dated 10th May, 2010 and dated 20th May, 2010.

Put up this matter day after tomorrow. In case the relevant records are
not produced before this Court on the next date, as directed earlier by
this Court, the Secretary, Secondary Education shall remain present
before this Court with all relevant records and his affidavit for
explaining as to why the records are not being produced.
