                             JUDGMENT

The prayer in this writ petition is essentially for

implementation of Ext.P2. By Ext.P2 transfer of permit was

allowed in favour of the second petitioner. The petitioners

submit that as a consequence there of, the same has to be

endorsed. According to them, such endorsement has not been

done even as of now.

2. Taking into account the aforesaid submission, I

dispose of this writ petition directing that the endorsement of

transfer of permit will be done by the respondent without

delay, provided that the petitioners have complied with all

procedural requirements in that behalf.
