ORAL ORDER

Mr.P.P.Majmudar,
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to make
an addition to the draft amendment submitted, pursuant to order dated
25.11.2010, which may be permitted.

In
view thereof, the proposed draft amendment is again being returned to
the learned counsel for the petitioner, to make the necessary
corrections. In the meanwhile, Mr.Anand L. Sharma, learned Assistant
Government Pleader may take instructions regarding salary and status
of the petitioner, by the next date of hearing. List on 13.12.2010.
