Petitioner has challenged the order dated 28.7.2010 only on the
ground that this is subsequential order and the original order of
transfer has not been served upon him.

Accordingly, the opposite parties are directed to serve copy of the
transfer order upon the petitioner within a week.

Learned Standing counsel shall file counter affidavit within four
weeks.
