According
to learned counsel, Mr.Solanki, the petitioner has passed away and an
application for bringing heirs on record is already filed in the
office. If such an application is lying with the office, it may be
listed along with present petition for hearing on 27th
August 2010. Another Special Civil Application No.1743 of 1995 is
also stated to be involving the same issue and similar application
for joining heirs is also stated to be pending in that petition. The
office may verify and those matters may also be listed with present
petition.
