behalf of respondent/Gaya Municipal Corporation, Gaya, hands

over a cheque of Rs. 6,139/- vide cheque no. A642801 dated

14.10.2011 to learned counsel for the petitioner.

It was submitted by Sri Priyadarshi, learned counsel for

the respondent/Gaya Municipal Corporation, Gaya, that only the

amount of cheque was outstanding which has already been handed

over. He further submits that some time may be granted for filing a

detailed counter affidavit.

As prayed, two weeks time is granted for filing counter

affidavit giving the details.
