       This is in continuation of this Commission proceedings dated
16.5.2009 wherein the Commission had passed orders for supply of certain
information to the appellant. The appellant, however, has filed a non-
compliance complaint. Hence, this hearing.

2.      The appellant and Shri Ajay Arora, Asstt Commissioner, (NWZ) are
present. Shri Arora submits that requisite information has been supplied to
the appellant vide letter dated 8.12.2010. The appellant, however, is not
satisfied with the information. Shri Arora, however, submits that he has
assumed the charge recently and would need some time to furnish complete
information to the appellant.

3.     In the premises, Shri Arora, Asstt Commissioner (NWZ), is hereby
directed to furnish complete information to the appellant in 04 weeks time.

4.      The matter is being closed at the Commission's end.
