It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, that the
judgment of learned Single Judge has been affirmed in Special
Appeal No. 147/2007 decided on 13.7.2010. The petitioner has
furnished a copy of the judgment along with his representation
before the District Judge and that since he is going to retire on
31.7.2010, his representation may be considered before 31.7.2010.
Let counter affidavit be filed by Shri Amit Sthalekar appearing on
behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 within two weeks. List on 10th
August, 2010.
In the meantime, the District Judge, Meerut will decide petitioner’s
representation dated 14.7.2010, preferably before the petitioner
superannuates on 31.7.2010. A copy of the order will be presented
in the office of the District Judge by day after tomorrow.
