Background
CIC/AD/A/2011/000137
1. The RTI Application dated 23.5.2010 was filed by the Applicant with the Hospital Engineer,
Construction Division, PGIMER, Chandigarh seeking information related to construction of Advance Cardiac
Centre against a total of 18 points. The PIO replied on 28.6.2010 providing point wise information and also
enclosing a number of documents. Not satisfied with the reply the Applicant filed his first appeal on 20.7.2010.
The Applicant then filed his second appeal before the Commission on 22.10.2010 stating that the information
provided was incomplete and requesting for information once again.

2. The RTI Application dated 24.5.2010 was filed by the Applicant with the PIO, Hospital
Engineer,PGIMER, Chandigarh seeking information against 12 points related to renovation work of
toilets to M/s Neeraj Mohindra. The PIO replied on 26.6.2010 informing him that as and when the
information is received from the Nodal Officer the same will be supplied to him . On not receiving
any further information the Applicant filed his first appeal on 20.7.2010. On still not receiving any
reply from the AA the Applicant filed his second appeal before the Commission seeking the
information once again.
Decision
3. On hearing both parties, the Commission directs the PIO may suggest a mutually convenient date
to the Appellant to visit their office to inspect all the documents related to the both the cases
mentioned above and to provide him with attested copies of documents required by him. The
information may provided by 25.5.2011.
4. The case is accordingly disposed of.
