Mandal, has been arrested. Hence the application

for anticipatory bail on his behalf has become

infructuous.

Call for the carbon/zerox copy of case

diary in Rajoun P.S. Cases no. 171 and 172, both

of the year 2010 pending before Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Banka.

Rule is made returnable within six

weeks.

Meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be

taken against petitioner no.2, Rekha Devi, in the

above mentioned case.
