Mr.

K. T. Dave, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the applicant,
on instructions from Mr. Parekh, Deputy Secretary, who is present
before the Court, seeks some time in the matter to see that necessary
specific instructions are issued by the concerned authority to all
the police authorities with regard to seizure of Ganja
