Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Anuj Agarwal, learned
counsel for the respondent.

There is no substantial opposition to the substitution application.

The substitution application is allowed.

Office is directed to substitute the heirs of the sole respondent in the array of
parties within a period of two weeks.
