prayer of learned counsel for the respondents, who wanted

to seek instructions and file counter affidavit. Thereafter, the case

was taken up on 30.09.2010, but no one appeared on behalf of the

respondents and the case was adjourned. Today when the case is

called out, learned counsel for the respondents again prays for

adjournment for seeking instructions and filing counter affidavit.

As prayed for, put up this case under the heading ‘For

Admission’ after four weeks for the said purpose.

Till further orders, let the operation of impugned order

dated 01.10.2008 (Annexure-1) remain stayed so far as the

petitioner of this writ petition is concerned.
