7. 26.11.2010 This case has been brought under the heading to

be mentioned at the instance of learned counsel for the

petitioner who points out that in the certified copy of the

order dated 29.6.2010 supplied the Hindi extracted portion

of Section 18 of Bihar Non-Government Secondary

Education (Taking Over and Management Control) Act,

1981 has been shown in a language which is not

decipherable.

This Court would find that in the original copy

of the order such typing of the Hindi portion of Section 18

of the Act was correct and therefore this Court would

direct the office to supply a fresh and correct certified

copy of the order dated 29.6.2010 for which no expenses

will be payable by the petitioner.
