The present writ petition has been
filed with a prayer to direct the
respondents/Bank to pay arrears of Dearness
Allowance over the family pension for the
2
period from 19.10.1998 to 31.12.2007. It has
been stated that the wife of the petitioner
was a Government servant and after her
death, family pension was fixed by the
Accountant General vide P.P.O. No.S/98028

has not been paid till date due to latches
on the part of the respondent/Bank.
With the consent of parties, the

direction to respondent nos.5 and 6/Chief
