Facts

:­ 

1. Shri Sarvesh Kumar vide his RTI request dated 13.7.2009 sought copies of 

letters dated 14.11.2005 and 24.11.2005 from the CPIO, The New India Assurance 

Co. Ltd. New Delhi which pertains to maintenance and service charges in respect of 

Rajnigandha Flats. 

2. The CPIO vide his order dated 14.8.2009 provided the said information. 

3. Not   being   satisfied   the   appellant   preferred   First   Appeal   dated   28.8.2009 

seeking membership list which was not attached to the letter provided to him.  Vide his 

order   dated   9.9.2009   the   First   Appellate   Authority   provided   the   said   information. 

However, the appellant preferred his second appeal   before the Commission on the 

grounds that the information provided to him was incomplete. 

4. The matter was heard today. Written submission from the respondents have 

been received. The respondents made submission through video conferencing.

Decision 

 5. The Commission is satisfied  that all information has been provided to the 

appellant. 

6. The matter is accordingly closed at the Commission’s end.
