of India being not a necessary party, counsel for the petitioners are
allowed to delete Union of India from the arena of respondents.

P.K. Jani, learned Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of
respondent-State of Gujarat and learned counsel Mr. J.B. Pardiwala,
accepts notice on behalf of respondent-High Court of Gujarat. Notice
waived.

Counsel
appearing on behalf of High Court of Gujarat is directed to file
reply affidavit in respective cases within two weeks and state as to
why all the direct recruitee ad-hoc Fast Track Judges are removed in
different places, as informed in the Court. Rejoinder, if any, be
filed by petitioners within a week thereof. Counsel for the High
Court of Gujarat will also produce original record of all the
petitioners before this Court, for perusal. All these cases may be
disposed of at the stage of admission.

List
all these cases on the same caption on 10th February, 2010
at 2.30 p.m.

Interim
order passed by the Supreme Court and continued till today shall
continue until further orders in Special Civil Application No.148 of
2010.
