By order dated 6.9.2011 four weeks’ time is

granted to the State for filing counter affidavit on

specific issues which stands explained in the

aforesaid order. However, learned counsel for the

State submits that no instruction has been received as

yet and prays for adjournment of further period of

four weeks.

As prayed, let this matter be posted on

14.11.2011 within top five cases under the same

heading. If no counter affidavit is filed till the date

fixed then the respondent no. 2, the Collector,

Vaishali shall remain present in person before this

Court.
