On the own showing of the petitioner his appeal against refusal

to grant arms licence numbered as Arms Appeal No. 422 of 2008 is

pending before the Commissioner, Patna Division.

Let the Arms Appeal No. 422 of 2008 be disposed off by a

reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law considering all

issues that may be raised on behalf of the petitioner within a maximum

period of one month from the date of receipt and or presentation of a

copy of this order.

The writ application stands disposed.
