                          J U D G M E N T

The prayer sought in this writ petition is for a direction to the

4th respondent to consider Exts.P15 to P26 applications made by

the petitioners for the renewal of cart licences and forward the

same to the 3rd respondent for final orders.

2. Taking into account the pendency of Exts.P15 to P26

referred to above, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the same

and if the petitioners are entitled, forward the same to the 3rd

respondent. It is directed that the 3rd respondent on its receipt

shall consider the same and pass orders thereon, as expeditiously

as possible, at any rate within 3 weeks of receipt thereof.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
