Heard Mr. L. M. Khare, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
Standing Counsel.

By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a
writ of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2 to decide the
representation of the petitioner (Annexure No.4). However, he failed to
establish the provisions of rule or law. At this stage, he seeks permission to
withdraw the writ petition.

His request is accepted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim
order is discharged.
