02 12-10-2011 Sri Pankaj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the

petitioner in presence of Smt. Nutan Sahay, learned A.C. to

Standing Counsel no.1, submits that during the pendency of the

present writ petition, all the grievances of the petitioner have

already been redressed and, as such, he does not want to press this

petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed as the same has

become infructuous.
