This court directed the respondent-State to treat this
parole writ petition no.3266/2010 itself as application
seeking transfer from one prison to another prison.
Then today, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that
the applicant in view of changed circumstances of shifting of
his family to State of Gujarat now do not want his transfer
from one jail to another jail.
In view of the above statement of learned Public
Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed. However, the copy of
this order be served upon the applicant Sita Ram Yadav who
is lodged in Central Jail, Bharatpur by the respondents and
in case he yet desire for transfer to another jail, he may
move appropriate application before the concerned
authorities.
