present petition, Rule has been issued by this Court on 16/11/2009
and ad interim relief in terms of para 11(B) was granted for limited
period. This matter is of 2009, therefore, Registry is directed to
notify this matter for final hearing in due course. Ad interim
relief granted earlier on 16/11/2009 is remained continue till
matter is finally decided by this Court.
