                                      JUDGMENT

Petitioner approached this Court with certain grievances

regarding one time settlement. Learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions in the

interim order passed by this Court. Be that as it may, in case the

petitioner has still any grievance with regard to the settlement, he may

approach the 1st respondent, in which case the matter will be duly

considered by the 1st respondent and the eligible benefits, if any, shall

be extended to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
