4 13-07-2011 Mr. Kunal Tiwari, advocate submits that the

writ petitioner, respondent no.1, has superannuated and

another person claiming to be senior most in the

department on the post concerned wants to intervene in

the matter. He has served a copy of the intervention

application on Mr. Ujjwal Kumar Sinha, counsel for the

appellant just now.

With agreement of the parties, let this matter

be listed under the same heading on 19th July, 2011. The

case shall retain its position in the list.
