Heard
the learned counsel for the parties on the question of interim
relief.

2. The
prayer for interim relief in SCA No.565 of 2008 is rejected.

The
prayer for interim relief in SCA No.3320 of 2008 is granted till
further orders.

3. We,
however, do hope and trust that the parties will work out an amicable
settlement of the disputes which are the subject-matter of these
petitions. The learned counsel will be at liberty to mention these
matters for placing the petitions for mediation.
