1. The appeal was heard on 28/9/2010 in absence of the appellant.

2. The CPIO stated that the information as per available records have
already been furnished and he would be willing to provide further information if it
is clearly specified as per section 2(f) of the Act. He also expressed his
willingness to allow inspection of relevant records.

Decision:

3. The CPIO has replied and furnished the information on the basis of
available records. The appellant would be free to access further information by
way of inspection of documents as per section 2(j) of the Act. Upon inspection,

he may specify the information which should be furnished to him. The appellant
is accordingly advised.

4. The CPIO should allow inspection of documents within 15 working days
from the date of receipt of this decision so as to enable the appellant to identify
the required information.
