Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner contends that she has been selected on the post in
question by the Village Selection Committee but the Block Development
Officer on the oral instructions of the Chief Development Officer has
issued instructions to the Gram Pradhan to fill up the agreement form in
favour of respondent No.5 who was at serial No.3.
The petitioner may approach the respondent No.2 along with a certified
copy of this order, who shall proceed to consider the claim of the
petitioner in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order within 8
weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before
him after putting the respondent No.5 – Km. Priyanka to notice.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
