07. 01.07.2011 The learned counsel for the petitioners

submitted that all the defects have been removed on

29.06.2011 but when the cause list, synopsis, Court fee

etc. were filed because of the fact that number of writ

was not known to him, the said documents and Court

fee have been filed giving Civil Revision No.2338 of

2006.

The office may verify the same and if it has

been filed in Revision as stated above, the same may

be accepted as valid filing in this writ application.
