                          J U D G M E N T

Ext.P5 order passed by the first respondent is

under challenge. It is seen that the order is passed pursuant to

the direction issued by this court in Ext.P3 judgment. The

contention is that a civil dispute is pending. It is made clear that

any action taken in the matter will be subject to the outcome of

O.S.244/05 pending before the Sub Court, Palakkad.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
