                                        JUDGMENT

The W.P. was filed challenging notice issued under Section 30B of

the KGST Act proposing assessment and penalty for failure to surrender

transit pass, Form 27C and for other violations. It is reported that during

pendency of the W.P. adjudication has been completed and appeals are

filed. The W.P. has accordingly become infructuous and is closed leaving

freedom to the petitioner to pursue the challenge before statutory

authorities.
