ORDER
1. As
the petition is against the show cause notice, learned advocate
appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw
the present petition. However, he has requested to observe that
withdrawal of the present petition may not come in the way of the
petitioner and all the contentions, which are available to the
petitioner are kept open.
2. In
view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn
with above liberty. As this Court has not gone into the merits of the
case and has not expressed any opinion on merits, the Director of
Municipalities to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law,
without in any way being influenced by the withdrawal of the present
petition and all the contentions, which are available to the
petitioner as well as respondents are kept open. No costs.
