7. 07. 07. 2010. Pursuant to earlier order dated 17. 05. 2010, both the

husband and wife physically present in the Court. The husband of

the complainant is willing to keep his wife with full dignity, honour

and comfort, but the wife is not willing to live with the husband.

As a last chance for restoration of matrimonial

relationship between the husband and wife, put up this case on 29th

July, 2010, at the top of the list.

In the meantime interim relief granted to the petitioner

vide order dated 20. 07. 2009, shall continue.
