A case under section 7/13 of Prevention of Corruption Act was lodged against
the petitioner. He was arrested where-after he was suspended and this order is
subjected to challenge in this petition where only suspension was stayed and
not the enquiry order and therefore cause may not survive during pendency of
this writ petition for 11 years.

However, none appears to press this petition even in the revised list.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
