                          J U D G M E N T

The only prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the

third respondent to personally enquire into Exhibit P2

representation. In case no action has been taken on Exhibit P2,

the third respondent shall look into the same and take

appropriate action thereon in accordance with law within a period

of three months from the date of production of a copy of this

judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
