03/ 19.02.2011 Petitioner Pintu Kumar is in custody since

1.8.2010. Allegation against him is that he helped Puja

Kumari in eloping with Dharmesh Kumar. Puja Kumari

and Dharmesh Kumar were in love with each other.

Considering the facts of the case, prayer for

bail on behalf of petitioner Pintu Kumar is allowed. He is

directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with

Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2010.
