Facts

:

1. The appellant has made a representation to the respondent on the
grounds of alleged harassment. Being not satisfied with the response, she has
submitted a complaint before the Commission.

Decision:

2. On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is observed
that she has not specified the required information as per section 2(f) of the Act,
which requires that the desired information should be available in any material
form.

3. Since there is no denial of information u/s 8(1) of the Act nor there are any
provision under the Act for redressal of grievances, this appeal is, therefore,
considered unnecessary. The appellant is advised to seek legal remedy in the
matter.
