                            JUDGMENT

Petitioner approached this court aggrieved by the order

passed by the first respondent altering her seniority, without

notice to her. The impugned action being in violation of the

principles of natural justice, I quash Exts.P3 and P6 without

prejudice to the liberty to the competent authority to take

appropriate action with notice to the petitioner and all other

affected parties.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
