This is an application seeking correction/amendment in the order dated
5.8.2010 passed on the bail application.
The application is allowed and the learned counsel for the applicant is
permitted to make necessary correction in the bail application. The order
dated 5.8.2010 is also corrected as follows:
“In the first line of the fourth paragraph of the order dated 5.8.2010 the Case
Crime No. ‘533 of 2010’ shall be read as Case Crime No. ‘ 533 of 2009”.
