The petitioners claim similar benefits of pay fixation as
has been given to some other similarly situated employees. For the
same cause, the petitioners have filed number of representations.

Without going into the merits of the claim made, the
present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents
to decide the pending representations of the petitioners. The
petitioners, if so advised, may supplement said representations by
filing a fresh one within a period of two weeks from today. The
necessary orders on the representation be passed within a period of
six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
