Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ashwani Mishra, who has put in
appearance on behalf of respondents no. 3 and 4 and learned A.G.A. for the
State respondent.

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 15.10.2009, Smt. Janki, petitioner no.
1, is present in Court. She states that she is major and has come with her
parent and wants to go and live with her parent.

In view of the statement of corpus , Smt. Janki, the present habeas corpus
petition is dismissed.
