covered by the judgment of this Court dated. 22.2.2008

rendered in the bunch of writ petitions led by D.B. Civil Writ

Petition No. 1451/2007 GKW Limited Vs. State of Rajasthan.

In that view of the matter, this petition is also

dismissed for the reasons, and in terms of the said judgment

dated. 22.2.2008 giving same liberty to the petitioner as

given in that case.
