04. 04.03.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the state.

Victim girl is minor, is doubtful, but force was used

while she was taken away in front of her grand father. Her statement

under section 161 of the Cr.P.C. is to the effect that she was taken

away by this petitioner and statement under section 164 of the

Cr.P.C. she is stating about commitment of rape also disentitles

petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, prayer of petitioner for anticipatory bail

stands rejected.
