                        -------------------------------------------
                          W.P.(C) No.12738 of 2010
                        -------------------------------------------
Dated this the 9th day of April, 2010

                                    JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator conducting services on the

route Wadakkanchery-Ayyanthole with vehicle No.KL-8/U 4032. As per the

timings of the petitioner, she has to depart from Thrissur at 6.48 p.m.

However, the said departure timing has been given to another service also.

Therefore, there is a direct clash between the two services from Thrissur to

Punnamparambu. Consequently, it has become impossible for the

petitioner to operate her services smoothly.

2. The petitioner has therefore submitted a request for the variation

of her timings suitably so as to prevent the clash. She complains that no

orders have been passed on her request till date. Therefore, she prays for

the issue of appropriate directions for an early disposal of her request. The

learned Senior Government Pleader has no objection to such a direction

being issued.

3. In the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of

directing the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for the

revision of her own timings evidenced in these proceedings by Ext.P1, in

accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon as

expeditiously possible and at any rate within a period of two months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
