                                   JUDGMENT

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is

disposed of directing that all amounts which are admitted to be

due to the petitioner in terms of the final bill for the work

covered by agreement No.21/SESC/2002-2003 dated 30.7.2002,

on the basis of the relevant M-book maintained by the 5th

respondent, will be finalised and released in accordance with

relevant seniority in the date of completion of the work.
