2. 09.08.2010. Heard learned counsel for the

petitioner and counsel appearing for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in jail

since 03.05.2010 in a case registered under

Sections 323, 341, 379/34 of the I.P.C.

After investigation, charge sheet has

been submitted under Sections 341, 323, 379/34

of the I.P.C. It is also alleged that the

petitioner took out of Rs. 6200/ from the

pocket of the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation

and conclusion of investigation, let the

petitioner, Kappo Yadav, be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten

Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

each to the satisfaction of the learned C. J.

M. Saharsa, in connection with Bangaon P.S.

Case No. 23 of 2010.
