Perused
the application preferred by the applicants. The matter came up for
hearing yesterday. Today the name of the counsel Mr Jitendra M Patel
has been shown in the cause-list. Nobody represents Mr Jitendra M
Patel. Under the circumstances, we are inclined to exercise our
powers under Section 39 of the Bar Council of India (Miscellaneous)
Rules read with Rule 436 of the Gujarat High Court Rules, 1993 and
grant permission to the applicants as prayed for.

The
application accordingly stands disposed of.
