                              J U D G M E N T

When this matter was taken up today, the learned

Government Pleader furnished a copy of the order No.

A1/3963/2010/MCHA dated 28.7.2010. It would reveal that the

grievances of the petitioners have been substantially redressed

and they were relieved in terms of Ext.P3 order of transfer. The

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also endorsed the

same. In view of the said position available in this case, this writ

petition is closed.
