The learned counsel for the appellants submits that due to

the appellants having been sentenced to the period below three years of

imprisonment, they have been allowed provisional bail by the trial court

i.e. Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.1, Sasaram, under

Sessions Trial No. 570 of 2004

Prayer is made for confirming the provisional bail.

Accordingly, the provisional bail is confirmed till disposal

of the appeal.

The realization of fine imposed on the appellants shall

remain stayed till disposal of the appeal.
